| 摘 要： | 全面建设社会主义和谐社会的重要性和紧迫性要求研究生的教育要和谐适时发展,研究生教育的和谐发展是我国十六届六中全会思想的具体体现,是我国构建社会主义和谐社会在教育方面的重要内容,是我国研究生教育发展的必然趋势,也是使我国成为人力资源强国的动力支持.倡导和谐理念,培养和谐精神,是我国研究生教育健康发展的自身需要,也是教育发展规律和社会发展规律的反映,更是为建设社会主义和谐社会提供人力资源的有效途径.

| Abstract: | The importance and the urgency of building a social harmonious society requires postgraduate education to develop harmonically on time,the harmonious development of postgraduate education is the concrete embodiment of the idea of China's 16th Sixth Plenary.And it is the important content of building a socialist harmonious society in the field of education,and it is also the inevitable trend of postgraduate education development,in addition,it is a driving force of the strong support for our human resources.Promoting harmonious philosophy and cultivating the spirit of harmony are the requirements of the development of postgraduate education oneself,and it is the reflection of the development of education law.In the end,it is also an effective way to support enough human resources for building a harmonious society. |
