| 摘 要： | 入世后 ,我国的劳动保护工作面临一些问题 ,如事故、职业病发生率居高不下 ;资金投入不足 ,管理人员质量不高 ;国际劳工标准的压力等。因此 ,工会必须抓住机遇 ,采取措施 :正确运用《工会法》、《劳动法》等法律法规 ;重视集体合同中劳动保护条款的协商与签订 ;加强职工群众的监督工作 ;注重对职工的劳动安全培训等
