| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展,我国城乡居民收入差距越来越大。缩小城乡收入差距,除减轻农民负担,加快发展更具开放性、流动性的劳动力市场外,还应加快实施农业优质化和优势化战略,大力发展农村基础教育和职业教育。
