| 摘 要： | 官德建设是目的与手段的统一。和谐社会视域下的官德建设具有二重意蕴,即官员的引领经济之德建设与为官从政之德建设。强化六种意识,是官德建设的逻辑前提。强化宣教、加强自修、健全监督、优化环境是官德建设的四大着力点。

| Abstract: | The construction of official virtue means the combination of purpose and way.In a view of harmonious society,it has dual implications,which are official's guidance of the construction of economic virtue and the construction of administrative morality.To strengthen the six kinds of consciousness is the logical premise of the construction of official virtue,which focuses on the intensification of education,the enhancement of self-study,perfect supervision and the optimization of environment. |
