| 摘 要： | 铜仁地区三个黑社会性质犯罪组织以“合法公司”为掩护,疯狂进行各种犯罪活动,并在党政、司法机关编织保护网。我们必须提高对黑恶势力及其犯罪的认识,加强对“打黑除恶”的组织领导,坚决摧毁其保护伞,并在早期就要严密防范涉黑组织的滋生。在侦破中,要精心组织抓捕方案,选准审讯突破口。

| Abstract: | Three criminal gangs of underworld society nature in Tongren area, who were shielded by their external forms of "legal" companies, have committed many serious crimes and wovem protective nets in Party and government offices as well as judicial organs. We should further study the vicious forces, strengthen leadership and smash their protective umbrellas. We should also take precautions against vicious forces in their primary stage, draw up detailed plans for pursuing and capturing criminals and find out proper breakthrough point in questioning. |
