| 摘 要： | 刑事案件的发展为微量物证利用提出了客观需要 ,科学技术的发展为微量物证利用提供了可能性。本文深入讨论了微量物证概念 ,提出了物证的特异性质和种属性质及其作用 ,讨论了利用微量物证进行种属认定和同一认定的可能性和途径 ,并提出了重视微量物证基础工作的建议。
