对我国司法警官教育若干问题的理性思考

司法警官教育的基本性质、基本特点和主要任务取决于司法警官职业的特殊性和基本要求。司法警官教育是一种特殊的职业教育,一种特殊的法律纪律教育,一种特殊的医师(即社会医学)教育,一种特殊的师范教育,一种特殊的强制管理教育。司法警官教育的社会责任可以分为解决做人问题、解决方法问题、解决做事问题等三个层面。当前司法警官教育中存在两个基本矛盾。司法警官教育的基本任务是人才培养、科学研究和多样化的社会服务。
