| 摘 要： | 高校艺术类专业考试,特别是在音乐专业面试工作中评委队伍的构成、担任评委工作教师思想道德素质的高低,他们的业务水平与理解评分标准能力的强弱、个人精神状态的好坏以及能否经受住人情关考验等因素,一直备受考生与其家长以及社会各界的关注。为此,评委的选用与提高其素质已成为在音乐专业统考中充分体现公平、公正、公开原则的关键。本文以影响评委评分因素为调查重点,客观收集相关信息,在评委对评分标准理解或掌握,关于影响评分的常见因素以及关于现行评分标准和选用评委条件等方面进行了情况汇总,旨在为加强音乐专业统考评委队伍建设,着重提高评委评分的公平度提供一定的参考数据。

| Abstract: | The college entrance examination for music majors has long attracted wide attention from different sectors in the society (the candidates and their parents in particular): the focus is on how the board of assessors is constituted,whether the assessors are qualified enough morally,professionally and psychologically to give a sound assessment.
