Sharing the New Coordinates of Development:the Value of the Times,Blocking Factors and Practical Approach

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee put forward the goal of“making more obvious substantive progress for the common prosperity of all the people”in 2035,which has become the new coordinate on shared development formulated by the party after China has entered a new development stage.This is a vivid embodiment of the people-centered development thought and the only way to achieve the common prosperity of all the people and the free and all-round development of all people.However,the realization of such a goal is still faced with subjective and objective blocking factors such as ideas,real productive forces and systems and mechanisms.Therefore,this paper puts forward a practical approach from the aspects of high-quality development,distribution mechanism,social security system and Rural Revitalization Strategy,in order to provide an effective path for the realization of the beautiful vision of common prosperity for all people.
