To comprehensively promote rural revitalization,effective governance is the foundation,and effective governance needs to be based on good governance order.The construction of rural governance order based on the rule of law is the key from good rank to good governance,which depends on the benign operation,coordination and balance of village internal governance order and village external governance order.The logical framework is:at the internal level of the village,the villagers are autonomous according to law,use their rights and protect their rights according to law;At the external level of the village,the government administers according to law and promotes the legalization of governance;At the level of coordination and balance,good law and good governance,rule by law.At the same time,from good rank to good governance,we also need to change the governance concept,value,subject and mode.In this way,rural governance can realize the transformation from"rule of man"to rule of law,from power standard to right standard,from single subject to multi center,and from rule of experience to rule of law.
