| 摘 要： | 税收优惠政策对经济发展具有双刃剑效应。地方政府执行国家税收优惠政策的取向在一定程度上影响着地方经济发展,甚至成为地方经济发展的一个风向标。因此,地方政府应根据国家的税收优惠政策发展趋势用好税收优惠政策,促进地方经济更好更快发展。

| Abstract: | It is a two-edged sword for tax preferences policies on the economic development.Orientation that local government implement tax preferences policy will impel the local economical development to a certain extent,even become the vane of the local economical development.So local government should make the most of tax preferences policies on the developing trend of it,promote county economy developing better and faster. |
