| 摘 要： | 侦查实践中,有些人为了掩盖犯罪行为或达到其他个人目的而谎报案件。谎报的动机、目的错综复杂,手段千奇百怪、真伪难辨,具有很大现实危害性。公安机关在决定立案之前,应及时结合多方面情况揭露假案,追查其谎报的动机、目的,作出相应的处理,避免失误。

| Abstract: | There are some untruly reporting cases to the security authorities for covering criminality or obtaining one's own aim. Those untruly reporting cases are very complicated and hurtful to society. According to various kinds of information, police organ should recover the truth and deal with the case to avoid mistake hefore putting on record. |
