| 摘 要： | 知情权是一项重要的政治权利，也是一项基本人权。知情权对于民主政治建设起着极其重要的作用，必须通过宪法保护、一般部门法保护、建立配套措施、公开档案、保障新闻自由和加强公民权利意识教育等方式构建一整套保证知情权实现的制度。

| Abstract: | The right to know is a fundamental right and human rights. The right to know has highly significant to our Construction of Democratic Politics. We should protect it by a full set of system on construction, departments of law, ancillary facility, keeping public informed of archival material, guarantee of press freedom and enhance awareness of citizens＇ obligations. |
