| 摘 要： | 加强环境教育是实施可持续发展的首要环节。环境教育要抓好四个方面 :政府应加强对各级官员的教育 ,提高他们的生态环境意识 ;高等学校应进行全方位的环境意识教育 ;把环境教育作为基础教育或者说素质教育的重要组成部分 ;要强化基础教育中的环境教育。

| Abstract: | Strengthening environmental education is the first link in the maintena nce of sustainable development. Much needs to be done in four aspects: the Gover nment should strengthen education over officials at various levels of government s and raise their awareness of the ecological environment; colleges and universi ties should conduct comprehensive education over their students to raise their e nvironmental awareness; environmental education should be taken as an important element of basic education or quality-oriented education. |
