| 摘 要： | 我们党对民营经济的认识经历了一个逐步深化的过程。经过三代领导集体对民营经济认识的不断探索,民营经济在我国社会主义建设中的重大作用和历史意义逐步得到确认。特别是党的十六大报告和2004年3月《宪法》修订案,为民营经济的进一步发展消除了思想观念和政策体制的障碍。

| Abstract: | The development of private economy has gone through four stages. Our Party's understanding of the private economy also has gone through a deepening process. By the continual exploration of the understanding of the private economy,the historic meaning and great role of the private economy has been firmly acknowledged. The report of the 16th conference of the Communist Party of China and the reform of Constitution will clear away the concept and the policy system obstacles to the development of private economy. |
