| 摘 要： | 特定的历史——社会——文化条件决定了中国的现代化进程主要由政府的权威来推动,而当前种种迹象表明,我国政府权威正呈现出逐渐弱化的倾向。提升我国政府权威,政府要提高维护社会再分配的能力,加强自身建设,提高运行效率,提高政府文化的引导能力。

| Abstract: | The particular historical-Social-cultural environments decide that modernization process in China would be mainly promoted by the government authority.However,many signs show Chinese government authority has a gradual weakening trend at present.To advance government authority the government should advance ability of vindicate society reallocation,reinforce oneself construction,advance function efficiency and guidance ability of government culture. |
