职务犯罪人服刑心理行为调查分析

对253名职务犯罪人问卷调查可获得其服刑心理与行为表现10个方面的特征:睡眠质量差,服刑心境低落,遵规守纪好,存在选择性交往,对纪委检察机关办案有看法,对判决不服并引发身心反应,内心企盼得到家人朋友关心支持,对服刑现实作无奈的内心解读,对平安人生有了深刻的反思,对监狱警察日常管理中的照顾内心感激等。针对性矫治对策有:通过协助监狱开展文化教育与自我管理活动,提升职务犯内在价值感;身心障碍多、睡眠不佳、不认罪服法较多,注意开展心理矫治与针对性教育改造活动;平均年龄大,身体机能退行性变化,注意给予身心调节与疾病治疗。

Investigation and Analysis of Psychology and Behavior of Criminals with Duty Crime

I obtain their penal psychology and behavior characteristics in 10 aspects through questionnaire on 253 criminals with duty crime： poor sleep quality,low mood,behaving in accordance with the prison rules,selective interactions,having opinions on the prosecutors handling the case,having opinions on judgment and causing physical and mental reaction,expecting friends support and family care in heart,feeling helpless to reality,having a profound reflection on life,feeling grateful to the care of prison police in daily management.Targeted treatment strategies are： to promote sense of intrinsic worth by assisting the prison carry out cultural education and self-management activities;to pay attention to the development of psychological treatment and targeted education reform since much physical and mental disorders,poor sleep,and not guilty;to pay attention to the physical and mental regulation and disease treatment since the average old age,degenerative changes of physical functions.
