| Abstract: | The Cross-examination system is a significant ingredient of the trial stage in civil procedure. It is of greatimportance for making sure of the fact of the case. This thesis aims to make clear the conception and elements of cross-examination, and through a comparative study of the range and approaches of cross-examination in the civil law systemand that in the common law system, to put forward our own pattern of cross-examination procedure. |
