| 摘 要： | 乱收费现象在我国极为普遍,乱收费泛滥的原因有多种,折射出我国行政制度的缺失。要有效治理乱收费,应加强相关配套制度的改革,同时完善行政收费立法工作,尽快出台统一的《行政收费法》。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of disorderly charges is very catholic in our country,the causes of which are several. It reflects many problems of our society. To solve it effectively , on one hand it should strengthen revolution relevant concrete systems;on the other hand , it should intensify the legislations of the administration charges and promulgate earlier laws of the administration charges. |
