| 摘 要： | 近年来我国信用缺失问题变得越来越严重,信用风险也日益加大,信用立法于是被提上议事日程。虽然目前我国的信用制度和信用立法已经取得了一定成绩,但是存在的问题依然很多,只有继续加强法制建设,我国的信用制度和信用立法才能健康有序发展。

| Abstract: | The problem arising from lack of credit is getting more and more serious in China in recent years. Various measures have been put forward to solve the credit problem, and the legislation on credit has been put on agenda. Although we have made some success in the credit law, there are still many problems left to solve. We should take measures to settle the problems to develop the credit law. |
