The Analysis of the Social Dispute Problems in New Period

Social disputes show an increasing trend in our country in the new period.These disputes are accordingly caused by the social benefitial adjustment,the structural adjustment and the social order reconstruction which are not yet in place.To solve these problems,we must be guided by the scientific concept of development,establish the correct concept of governance and compliance with the rule of law in order to effectively resolve social disputes.
