| 摘 要： | 心理素质是指一个人的思想、观念、情感、意志的修养和能力,是先天遗传和后天教育的综合。文章对自信意识、思维和听知能力训练的意义、目的、方法进行了详细的阐述,并且认为良好的心理素质对公安民警的口才训练具有很大的促进作用,它不仅是公安民警完成口才训练的基本保证,也可以提高口才训练的效益。同时,它还可以充分发挥公安民警在口才训练方面的潜能。

| Abstract: | Psychological quality refers to the accomplishment and ability of a person's idea,concept,emotion and will.It is the combination of inborn inheritance and acquired education.This article discusses the meaning and purpose of confidence consciousness,thinking and cognition ability training,and believes that good psychological quality can promote police eloquence training,which not only guarantees the training,but also improves the efficiency and fully develops policemen's potentiality. |
