| 摘 要： | 目的建立GC/MS分析被焚烧人体内脏组织中氯氮平的方法。方法采用试管超声提取、三氯甲烷浸提苯溶解、过柱净化的方法,以岛津QP5050ADB-5MS石英毛细柱分析结果。结果成功检出被焚烧人体内脏组织中氯氮平成分。结论该方法操作简单,准确可靠,适用于中毒及临床药物观察。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a GC/MS analysis method for determination of clozapine in burned internal organs tissue of human body.Method The samples were extracted with supersonic wave and trifluoromethane,dissolved with benzene purified then analysed by GC/MS.Results Clozopine in burned internal organs tissue was detected successfully.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reliable,and suitable to poison cases,the method also can be used for clinical medicine observation. |
