养老机构法律调控问题研究

老龄化社会的到来,促进了养老市场的快速发展,养老机构不断增多,社会养老问题日益突出。由于立法的滞后,纠纷的解决也没有可直接依据的法律规范,在一定程度上影响了养老机构的深入发展。基于此,在对养老机构的性质、立法规范的必要性与现状进行分析的基础上,对养老机构的法律调控问题进行了初步的研究与探索,以期对中国的养老服务法制化进程有所裨益。

On Law Regulation and Control Problem of Supporting Parents in the Organization

Arrival of the aging society have promoted the fast development of the market of supporting parents.The organization to support parents increases constantly,the social pension question is outstanding day by day.Because of the lagging legislating,legal norm which can not be accorded with directly in settlement of the dispute.These have influenced the development thoroughly of the organization of supporting parents to a certain extent.I am on the basis of the thing that the nature of supporting parents,normal necessity of the legislation and current situation to mechanism are analysed,I have carried on preliminary research and exploration to the law regulation and control problem of supporting parents.The purpose is expect to China support parents and serve the legal process benefically.
