| 摘 要： | 为了实现我国信息化教育发展的战略要点,基础教育、高等教育和职业教育都面临信息化教学方法改革的挑战。多媒体是提高教学质量的重要手段。为进一步推进信息化教学方法的改革,为培养、教育人才素质能力,新的网络教学环境的构建创造了新的动力和契机。院校应努力为教学改革寻找创新点和突破口,使信息化教学应用从热点走向制高点,形成规模和整体优势,真正担负起发展信息化教育的重任。
