| 摘 要： | 财务管理是一个单位管理工作的核心,可谓重中之重。而财务管理的关键在抓好财务监督这一环节。因此,财务管理与财务监督二者密不可分,或者说是一个问题的两个角度、两个方面。加强财务管理,实施财务监督,对于保障国有资产正常运作,对于单位管理工作的改进和提高以及防范腐败的产生具有重要的意义和作用。
