摘    要:本文经实验研究建立了以反式二氯苯醚酯为监控内标反相高效液相色谱检测生物材料中溴氰菊酯的方法。通过空白兔肝添加试验验证了方法的回收率,工作曲线线性及数份样品的重视性。结果满意。并通过染毒动物试验验证了方法的实用性。

Abstract:In this paper, anexperimental study on the selection and companionship of internal standard, extraction and cleanning up method, and eomposition of themobile phase for determinating the deltamethrin in biological materials was performed. After that, a RPHPLC method was established under the control of the internal stantard transpermethrin. The recovery rates from the spiked rabbit's liver (at the levis of 0.2-20mg/kg.) were around 90% The eoffecient of variation of determination for 8 times was 2. 31%. The results showed that this method has a satisfactory reproducibility and can be used for determinating deltamethrin in tissues, organs and body fluids from poisoned animals.
