| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展进步，人们拥有的社会财富日益增多。因此，人们对死后能否按照自己的遗愿来分配遗产越来越关心。依靠继承人的自觉行为来继承遗产可能会因诸多因素产生变故，因此建立相应的遗嘱执行程序制度，通过法律强制力保障遗嘱人遗愿的实现势在必行。

| Abstract: | With the development of society,people have more and more wealth.So people care more about whether their legacy could be distributed according to their own will.The way of depending on heir's conscious act will be changed because of several reasons.Therefore it is urgent to build corresponding procedures of testament execution in order to realize testament maker's will by the force of law. |
