| 摘 要： | 行政复议决定的法律效力是行政复议制度的生命力。但目前,法律对行政复议决定法律效力的规定过于简单,面对不断出现的疑难案件,实务界常常束手无策。因此,理论上对行政复议决定的法律效力进行研究就显得十分必要。
