| 摘 要： | 诉讼费用异议制度是当事人救济的重要途径,是完整的诉讼费用制度的必要组成部分。为了解异议制度的运转情况,对部分基层法院进行考察与调研,以揭示当前诉讼费用异议制度设计不合理、程序保障之不足,并考量诉讼价值、保护的紧迫性、讼费属性等因素,完善我国诉讼费用的异议路径。
