杨齐福：唯爱怒江

In his Nujiang works,Yang Qifu envelopes people in atmospheric surroundings of poetic power.His oeuvre of woodcuts and paintings demonstrate his strong love for his native Nujiang.In translating his feelings of attachment to a homeland of steep mountains and ravines,Yang pays homage to the vitality of those dwelling in an agricultural landscape that was formerly poor,primitive,and utterly isolated,but is now coming into its own.
