| 摘 要： | 以维护社会稳定为“天职”的公安机关,为社会发展作出了巨大的贡献。但在新的形势下, 传统维稳方式与现代法治的冲突使当前维稳工作常常不能达到预期的效果。因此,以辩证唯物主义为基础,以科学社会稳定观指导维稳实践迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | The public security organs whose vocation is to maintain the social stabilization have made a huge contribution for social development.However,the traditional ways of maintaining the social stabilization have conflicted with the modern law under the new positions and then couldn't achieve the anticipant effect.Therefore,it is urgent to direct the practice of maintaining the social stabilization with scientific ideas of stabilization based on the dialectic materialism. |
