| 摘 要： | 法与法律的区别是近十几年来中外法理学界重新引起争论的一个重大理论问题 ,这个问题涉及怎样理解法、怎样理解马克思主义法律观、特别是涉及怎样理解马恩在《共产党宣言》中谈到资产阶级法时的那一段名言 ,从而也涉及到是否承认历史唯物主义最基本的原理问题。本文采用对话形式 ,就此问题作了分析探讨

| Abstract: | The difference between law and leges has been a great debate at once again for more than ten years in the field of jurisprudence at home and abroad,which is involved with the understanding of law,the legal outlook of Marxism,especially the well-known dictum Marx and Engels said when talking about the bourgeoisie law in the Communist Manifesto,thereby the matter of principle whether historical materialism is believed.The dialogue analyzes and makes a study of these problems. |
