| 摘 要： | 修订后的《刑法》保留了对军婚的特别保护条款,新《婚姻法》也对军婚特别保护条款进行了完善。然而,这些法律制度对军婚的特别保护却不尽如人意。从刑事及民事特别保护的法律规定出发,剖析这些制度对军婚保护不力的原因,并提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | The items with servicemen's marriage is protected are remained in the revised "Criminal Law".In the new "Marriage Law",such items are also perfected.Since 1997 when the revised "Criminal Law" was put into practice,it has been more than ten years.However,such laws are not satisfactory in reality.Proceeding from the criminal and civil special protective laws,this thesis analyzes the causes why army men's marriage can't be protected strongly and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. |
