浅论加强我国公务员面试考官队伍建设

面试是公务员考录工作中的一个关键环节,公务员面试考官在面试过程中发挥着特殊的作用。但是,目前我国公务员面试考官队伍在素质、培训、确认以及管理等方面存在着诸多的不足。因此,从严把素质关、加强培训、完善监督以及加强考官库建设等方面来加强公务员面试考官队伍的建设刻不容缓。
