党员服务社思想政治工作方式探析

加强老同志的思想政治工作，党员服务社首当其冲。因此一是要强化组织管理，确定思想引导原则、建立系统档案、做好工作整体规划和规范组织生活；二是要强化队伍建设，提高思想政治工作队伍的理论水平和工作能力；三是在思想教育、服务保障和发挥党员作用三个方面实施分类管理；四是将思想政治工作融入社区建设。

Party Member Service bears the brunt of enhancing old comrades＇ ideological and political work. Firstly it must be done that intensifying organizational management , making sure principle of ideological guidance, establishing system files, standardizing organizational activity and completing integrated planning. Secondly it is necessary of ideological and political team that intensifying construction and improving theoretical level as well as working capability.
