浅谈公共危机教育——以胜利油田为例

目前,在我国无论是学校还是各类企事业单位,普遍存在着缺少对公共危机事件应对和管理的教育。最近几年,各类公共危机事件频发,对一些区域造成了直接的经济损失和人员的伤害,促使我们认识到,公共危机教育要面向公众,要使全社会都认识到公共危机管理和应对的重要性。石油开采作为高危产品生产企业,加强危机教育、提高危机意识及危机应对能力刻不容缓。

Public Crisis Education in Shengli Oil Field

There is a common phenomenon of lacking the education for coping and managing public crisis in China nowa-days. In recent years,different kinds of public crisis accidents which led to direct economy and life loss aroused our awareness of the importance of handling and managing public crisis,and its education must be for the public. Petroleum exploration enter-prise is producing high-risk products and it is very important to highlight the crisis educaiton, promote crisis awareness and coping capacity.
