| Abstract: | The author discusses about problems of the legislation which lack far behind the increasing growth of the small and medium - sized enterprises in China and comes up with a suggestion that a special law such as Law of Small and Medium -sized Enterprise be enacted while drawing on some similar experiences in legislation from foreign countries. |
