| 摘 要： | 高职高专教育要重新认真审视教育的职责,明确教育的目标,在以人为本科学发展现的指导下,制定科学的管理制度,合理地设立课程体系,运用科学的教学方法努力提高教育质量.创建德才兼备的教师队伍,是以人为本育人才的根本保证.

| Abstract: | Vocational and diploma education under the guidance of the human-centered scientific view of development should carefully examine the responsibility,make sure the aim of education,establish scientific managerial system, rationalize the course system and improve education quality through scientific ways of teaching.To foster talents,we must first create teachers having both ability and integrity. |
