重大疫情下网络谣言应对与信息治理研究

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发以来,关于疫情防控的舆情信息迅速传播,其中诸多网络谣言的散布、发酵给疫情防控工作造成不利影响。治理重大突发事件中的网络谣言成为社会治理领域中舆情工作亟需面对的课题。提升舆情管控能力,强化意识形态方面的正确引导,是推进国家治理能力现代化的现实之需。针对此次疫情防控中的网络谣言传播呈现出新的特点,需要剖析谣言传播的原因,分析目前规制网络谣言存在的困境,健全网络管理、完善相关法律法规,通过政府、媒介、社会及公众多方合力,共同遏制网络谣言传播。
