法律职业共同体的探索与实践

法律职业共同体的存在是法治国家赖以存续的基础,建立独立且自治、成熟并强大的法律职业共同体是法治社会建成的必经之路。现阶段,我国法律职业共同体虽已初步形成,但距离理想法治状态下的法律职业共同体还存在差距。实践中,我国法律职业共同体建设中存在公安机关参与不足、职业交流机制不健全、缺乏统一的法律职业培训及改革措施可实践性不足等问题。对此,亟需加强法律职业共同体的顶层设计;明确法律职业共同体的成员范围;完善法律职业共同的培育体系和一体化培训机制;加快法律职业共同体的交流平台及反馈机制建设。

Exploration and practice of the legal professional community

The existence of the legal professional community is the basis for the existence of a country ruled by law.The establishment of an independent,autonomous,mature and powerful legal professional community is the only way to build a society ruled by law.At this stage,although China’s legal professional community has taken shape,there is still a gap between the legal professional community under the ideal state of law.In practice,there are problems such as insufficient participation of public security personnel,inadequate professional communication mechanism,lack of unified legal vocational training and inadequate practicality of reform measures in the construction of the legal professional community in China.It is urgent to strengthen the top-level design of the legal professional community and clarify the scope of membership of the legal professional community,improve the common cultivation system and integrated training mechanism of the legal profession,and increase the construction of the communication platform and feedback mechanism of the legal professional community.
