| 摘 要： | 本文从宏观层面和证券产业层面选取衡量证券业竞争力的指标,并运用历史数据对两岸证券业的竞争力进行分析,发现大陆证券业在宏观发展环境、产业规模和发展潜力方面具有明显优势,而台湾金融市场和证券业的成熟度、市场集中度高于大陆。由于两岸证券业的优势存在较大差异并有明显的互补性,两岸可以通过合作达成优势互补、获得双赢。两岸证券业在市场互通、机构和监管合作领域存在很大合作空间。

| Abstract: | This paper selects main indicators from the macro perspective of securities industry and uses data published by official organizations to make a comparative analysis of the competitiveness of the Cross-Strait securities industry.Through the comparison we have found that the mainland securities industry has advantages over Taiwan in macroeconomic environment,industry scale and potential development while the Taiwan securities industry is better in financial market management and maturity of securities industry.As there are great differences between the two sides in superiority in this field both sides,we believe,would get benefit from their cooperation.The paper also holds that there exists a lot of space in Cross-Strait cooperation in opening market,mechanism,supervision and management |
