| 摘 要： | 国际刑法规范的“完整人格”关涉国际刑法的“完整人格”。《国际刑法通论》一书对国际刑法及国际刑法规范“完整人格”的论证,主要是以调整对象为基点、以战争犯罪为例证、以“个人不是国际法的主体”为逻辑前提进行的,其论证系统、生动。但其基点准确吗？例证贴切吗？逻辑前提必然成立吗？

| Abstract: | The international criminal law normalizes ＂the whole personality＂ concerning with the international criminal law ＂complete personality＂. The international criminal law takes the adjusting objects as the starting pio- nt, takes the war crime as example, and takes ＂individual is not the body of international law＂as precondition to demonstrate the international law and the whole personality, which is systematic and vivid. However, is the start- ing point accurate？ Is the example proper？ Is the precondition right？ |
