Organization, functions, and authority delegations--FDA. Final rule

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the regulations for delegations of authority and organization and formal evidentiary public hearing to reflect a change in the organizational structure and the name of one of its Divisions. FDA is also correcting a typographical error. This action is being taken to improve the accuracy and clarity of the regulations.
