论国有资产流失的现状及对策

国有资产流失问题的产生是与国有企业的改革相伴随的,是制度转换的一种成本。国有资产大量流失,加大了社会贫富差距和社会不公平,造成事实上的私有化,加剧政治腐败,还会引发其他社会问题。必须从宏观和微观两方面采取措施,理顺国有资产管理体系,防止国有资产流失。

On the Situation of State Property Loss and Its Countermeasures

The issue of state property loss arose together with the reform of the state-owned enterprises.It can be interpreted as a cost for institutional shift.Massive loss of state property has intensified social gap between the rich and the poor and the social inequality.It is leading to a factual privatization,and intensifying political corruption and some other social problems.Some countermeasures at both macro and micro levels have to be taken against the loss of state property and keep the system of state property management in a rational and coherent way.
