After the September 11 attacks,the U.S.has focused on the Southeast Asia and regarded it as "the second front" of the anti-terrorism war.During the anti-terrorism war in the Southeast Asia,the U.S.has laid its emphasis on striking the terrorist attacks at sea.It has strengthened its anti-terrorism cooperation with the Southeast Asian countries.Meanwhile,the U.S.has supplied its military aids to a few Southeast Asian countries and has carried out military exercises against terrorism with them jointly.
