| Abstract: | The implementation of Hong Kong Regulations on Interception of Communications and Surveillance serves as a landmark in the process of legalization of secret investigation in Hong Kong. The debut of these regulations originates from judicial activism that Hong Kong court always adheres to. These regulations shall have a direct demonstration effect on the legalization of mainland China＇s secret investigation. |
