| Abstract: | Peasant Land Bank was a state- own mortgage institution set up by Czarist Russia, affiliated to the ministry of finance, and its activities were supervised by government. Russian government stipulated the principle of granting credits, the price evaluation for mortgaging land, auction procedure and division of bank business scope, etc. |
