论社会主义和谐社会在当今中国的历史和价值定位

马克思恩格斯所揭示的共产主义和谐社会的历史定位和价值目标,是需要一个漫长的历史发展进程才能够实现的。我们党对社会主义和谐社会历史定位的认识,根本的创新就在于:将社会主义和谐社会的建构既作为一个奋斗目标,也视为一个历史过程;将社会主义和谐社会的建构,置于社会主义初级阶段和建立市场经济体制的历史背景中,创造性地提出社会主义初级阶段可以而且必须建构和谐社会;将解决中国特色社会主义理论和实践进程中所面对的矛盾和问题,与社会主义和谐社会的建设辩证地统一在一起。

Historical positioning and value purpose of communist harmonious society maded by Marx and Engels can only be realized through a long period historical development. Basic originality of our Party in understanding the historical positioning of socialist harmonious society lies in the following: considering the building of a harmonious society the objective of struggle and a historical process as well; by putting the building in the background of socialist initial stage and establishing market economy structure, putting forward creatively that a harmonious society can and must be built on the initial stage of socialism; integrating the solution of contradictions and problems in socialist theory with Chinese characteristics and the process of practice with the building of socialist harmonious society.
