| Abstract: | The system of the changing of action in public prosecution is a crucial part of the whole system of public prosecution and plays a very important role in correcting errors arising from accusations.The Hong Bridge case discloses that much need to be done by procuratorates in the application of the system of changing of action,and moreover,the system itself still need to be improved. |
